COVID-19 Protocols


My main priority has always been the highest quality repair and rejuvenation treatments for my guests with safety and hygienic practices at the forefront of each experience. The protocols and measures in place are in accordance with the CDC and Connecticut government guidelines. To keep our guests and employees safe, we ask the following:

  • All clients must wear a mask before entering the boutique. Masks may be removed only during time of service. All staff will be wearing masks and our aesthetician will wear a plastic face shield during time of service.
  • Hand-sanitizer upon entry into the boutique.
  • All clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms by phone the day before their visit.
  • You will be asked if you have symptoms of the coronavirus and if you reply yes to any of the symptoms, we are happy to reschedule your appointment.
  • We practice safe distancing and request our guests to do the same. We maintain our consistent and stringent sanitizing protocols and thoroughly disinfect the facial chair, bathroom and facial area including all equipment after each use.

If you have had respiratory symptoms including fever and/or cough with or without shortness of breath or any flu symptoms within the last 14 days or if you’ve answered YES to any of the phone screening questions, we will reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks or later.
